- 12 oz smoked Cajun sausage, sliced

- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the sliced Cajun sausage until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, stirring until well coated.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Serve hot.
