  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the sliced Cajun sausage until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
