Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts in a bowl; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  3. Toss the green beans and diced potatoes in the remaining seasoning mixture.
