Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  5. Lower heat; stir in heavy cream and let simmer gently for about 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
