  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  4. Gradually add warm chicken broth one ladle at a time, stirring continuously until absorbed (about 20 minutes).
  5. When rice is al dente, fold in shrimp and frozen peas; cook until shrimp turns pink (approximately 5 minutes).
  6. Remove from heat and stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
