  • ¾ cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and blend until creamy.
  4. Stir in Baileys Irish Cream and sour cream; mix until well combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center.
  7. Allow to cool in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
