- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest before slicing.
- Halve cherry tomatoes and dice avocados. In a bowl, mix diced avocado with lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
- On a tortilla, layer sliced chicken, avocado mixture, and halved tomatoes. Add Greek yogurt or sour cream if desired.
- Fold in sides of tortilla and roll tightly from one end to another.
