  • 2 slices thick-cut ham
  • 2 brioche buns

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Fry the ham slices until crispy, about 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  3. Slice the brioche buns in half and toast them in the skillet until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
