Description

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush chocolate graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, mint extract, and optional green food coloring until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips, then pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
