- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease or line a round baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet mixture while mixing gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared pan and top with sprinkles.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before flipping onto a cooling rack.
