Instructions
- Gather all ingredients to streamline the blending process.
- Rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and half of the olive oil.
- Blend on high until smooth; add water gradually until you reach the desired creaminess.
