Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté chopped onions in oil until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned; stir in chili powder and cumin.
- Fill each tortilla with a generous spoonful of the meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese; roll up tightly.
