- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour to create a roux until golden brown. Gradually whisk in milk until thickened.
- Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg into the sauce, stirring continuously.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of white sauce on the bottom. Layer with noodles, followed by ricotta mixed with spinach, then mozzarella. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbling and golden.
