  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; scrape up any bits from the pan and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return the chicken to the skillet to soak in the sauce for a few minutes.
  6. Serve over rice or pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
