- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
- Drop dough onto baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool cookies on wire racks before frosting with a mixture of powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and milk.
