Instructions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition, then mix in vanilla and red food coloring.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; fold into wet ingredients.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Pour half brownie batter into a greased pan; dollop cheesecake mixture on top and add remaining brownie batter.
  7. Use a knife to swirl the layers gently.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set; allow to cool before slicing.
