Description

Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie is a luscious dessert that brings together creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and a buttery graham cracker crust. Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a store-bought crust, skip this step; otherwise, crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave until smooth.
  4. Layer half of the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust, followed by half of the melted chocolate. Repeat with remaining filling and chocolate.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
