  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs (separated)

Instructions

  1. Chop dark, milk, and white chocolates into small pieces; place in separate bowls.
  2. Melt each type of chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream to soft peaks.
  4. Separate egg whites from yolks; beat yolks with sugar until pale, then gently mix in melted dark chocolate.
