  • 1/2 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat skillet over medium heat; add oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil for the sauce.
  3. Chop bell peppers and carrots; sauté in a separate skillet until tender (about 5 minutes).
  4. Once chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, slice thinly and toss with half the sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice as base; top with sautéed veggies and sliced chicken. Drizzle remaining sauce on top and garnish with green onions.
