Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bone-in spiral-cut ham (about 810 pounds)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Place the ham on a roasting rack in a large pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, cinnamon, and cloves until smooth.
  3. Score the ham's surface in a diamond pattern to allow the glaze to penetrate.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the scored areas of the ham.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 1 hour. Remove foil halfway to let the glaze caramelize.
  6. Apply remaining glaze during the last 20 minutes of baking. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  7. Once done, carve and serve.
