  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water and cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chicken, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. Add broccoli florets during the last few minutes of cooking until tender. Let cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, chicken-broccoli mix, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the mixture and place them in a greased baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
