Ingredients
- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
- Β½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
- Green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cream cheese until melted and combined.
