  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 12 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
