Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. While chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  5. Scoop out about one tablespoon of chilled coconut mixture, flatten it slightly, add a few chocolate chips to the center, and roll it into a ball.
  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate until fully coated and place them on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  7. Cool in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
