  • 8 oz thick-cut bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy (about 8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with a splash of milk until frothy. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs over low heat using some of the bacon fat.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and layer with bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Brush melted butter on top of the assembled sliders.
