  • 45 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
