- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring after each interval.
- Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract until glossy.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats and mixed nuts until evenly distributed.
