  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp mustard (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat, spoon beef mixture onto one side, top with cheese and drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
  5. Fold tightly and place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing in half and serving warm.
