  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
