  • 1 ripe tomato, diced

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through; turn halfway for even cooking.
  5. While meatballs bake, prepare tzatziki if making homemade by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
