  • ΒΌ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for 2 minutes; then transfer to ice water to preserve color.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
  4. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce; stir in broccoli until coated. Simmer for an additional couple of minutes.
