  • 400g paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup thick plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, and ginger garlic paste until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the cubed paneer and chopped veggies until well coated.
  3. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (preferably longer).
  4. Preheat the grill or oven to high heat (450°F/230°C). Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
  5. Thread the marinated paneer and veggies onto skewers alternately.
  6. Grill each side for about 10–12 minutes until charred and sizzling.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney or your favorite dip.
