  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
  6. Gently fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
  8. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared sheets about two inches apart; bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Once cooled slightly, sandwich peanut butter between two cookies.
