  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup pecan halves, toasted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line an 8Γ—8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until golden brown; let cool.

  5. Fold in half of the toasted pecans and pour over the cooled crust. Sprinkle remaining pecans on top.

  7. Cool on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least two hours. Slice and serve.
