Ingredients

  • French bread loaf
  • Thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • Green bell peppers
  • Sweet onion
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion and green bell peppers in olive oil until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add thinly sliced steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until the steak is browned but tender, about 3-4 minutes.
