  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion and bell pepper in olive oil until softened. Add ribeye slices and cook until browned. Sprinkle garlic powder and mix well.
