  • 2 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp chilli oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by mincing garlic, chopping parsley, and zesting the lemon.
  2. Cook the linguine by boiling salted water in a large pot and adding the linguine. Cook until al dente according to package instructions.
  3. Sauté garlic in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until golden brown (about 1 minute).
  4. Add salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side until opaque and flaky.
  5. Combine everything by breaking salmon into chunks, then add cooked linguine, lemon juice, and chilli oil to the skillet. Toss gently to combine.
