  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
  3. Layer half of the ground beef at the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by black beans and corn.
  4. Pour diced tomatoes evenly over layers, then sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
