  • 1 lb ground beef (or pork)
  • 8 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Cook ground meat until fully browned; mix with cheddar, cream cheese, and seasonings.
  3. Stuff each pasta shell generously with the meat mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed shell in a strip of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
