Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm apple cider with active dry yeast and let it sit until bubbly.
- Add flour, granulated sugar, melted butter, and milk to the yeast mixture, mixing until a sticky dough forms. Knead for about 8 minutes until smooth; let rise until doubled in size.
- While the dough rises, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; add diced apples.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread melted butter over it and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Roll up the dough tightly from one edge to form a log; cut into equal pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise until puffy (about 30 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk; drizzle over cooled rolls.
