  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (dark preferred)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the turkey drumsticks by mixing cranberry sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Coat the drumsticks well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly with olive oil.
  4. Arrange the marinated drumsticks on the baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Pour any remaining marinade over the top.
