  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Wash and slice the strawberries evenly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then add half of the sliced strawberries.
  6. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone mix, and top with more strawberries.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
