  • 2 cups vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 package (3 oz) berry Jello mix
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base Layer: Crush vanilla wafers and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese Filling: Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Layers of Fruit: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust and top with mixed berries.
  4. Prepare Your Jello Layer: Dissolve Jello mix in boiling water, let cool slightly, then pour over the berry layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  5. Add Final Layers: Spread remaining cream cheese mixture on top of Jello layer and finish with another layer of whipped topping. Chill for an hour before serving.
