- 1 package (3 oz) berry Jello mix
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Prepare the Base Layer: Crush vanilla wafers and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9Γ13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the Cream Cheese Filling: Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Add Layers of Fruit: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust and top with mixed berries.
- Prepare Your Jello Layer: Dissolve Jello mix in boiling water, let cool slightly, then pour over the berry layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Add Final Layers: Spread remaining cream cheese mixture on top of Jello layer and finish with another layer of whipped topping. Chill for an hour before serving.
