  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 (5 oz) cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, frozen peas, mayonnaise, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Fold in the cooked noodles and half of the cheddar cheese gently.
