  • 3 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1 crusty bread loaf (ciabatta or baguette)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing yogurt and tandoori masala in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
