  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in fresh spinach until wilted, then mix in the Alfredo sauce.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with the turkey-spinach-sauce mixture. Fold in half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer to the greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
