Description

One Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, comforting dish that brings family together in just one pot. Perfect for busy weeknights, it’s easy to make and even easier to love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 12 oz farfalle pasta
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
  3. Bring broth to a gentle boil, then add farfalle pasta. Cook while stirring occasionally for 10-12 minutes or until al dente.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
