- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Β½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- For the tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (squeezed to remove excess moisture), minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Dice cherry tomatoes and slice red onion thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken, tzatziki sauce, diced veggies, and drizzle with olive oil. Toss gently until well combined.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or enjoy as is; garnish with extra dill if desired.
