  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill weed (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, dill weed, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties about 2 inches wide.
  3. Heat enough cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat to cover the bottom.
  4. Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
