- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, dill weed, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 2 inches wide.
- Heat enough cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat to cover the bottom.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
