  • 2 lbs boneless chuck roast
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 medium sweet onions, diced

  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 12 soft slider buns
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Sear the chuck roast in a hot skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  2. Place the roast in the crockpot along with diced onions, minced garlic, and sliced carrots.
  3. Pour beef broth over the mixture in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until the meat is tender.
