- 8 flour tortillas (10-inch)

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Cooking oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Once cooled, shred chicken in a bowl and mix with jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cumin, and garlic powder until fully combined.
- Spoon filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly from one end to secure the filling.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry taquitos seam-side down for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with salsa or sour cream.
